Experience
  • 5 to 10 years

    Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Technical Infrastructure
Additional Requirements
  • Age 35 to 50 years
  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.

  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.

Responsibilities & Context

A Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all marketing strategies for a company, including brand positioning, promotional campaigns, market research, and customer engagement, aiming to drive sales and increase brand awareness by managing a team of marketing professionals and analyzing data to identify market trends and opportunities.

  • Creating comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives, identifying target audiences, and developing strategies to reach them across various channels.

  • Overseeing the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and traditional advertising.

  • Protecting and enhancing the company's brand image through consistent messaging and branding guidelines across all marketing materials.

  • Conducting market analysis to identify trends, competitor insights, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.

  • Managing marketing budgets, tracking campaign performance through key metrics, and providing regular reports to leadership on ROI and key marketing indicators.

  • Analyzing customer data to understand their behavior and preferences, leveraging insights to improve marketing strategies.

  • Utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms to optimize online presence, including website management, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. .

  • Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, assigning tasks, and fostering collaboration.

  • Working cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
