To ensure appropriate actions are taken in cases of non-compliance.
To provide timely information to the Head of HSEQ regarding any trends identified through analysis.
To ensure an effective EHS subcontractor management and audit program is maintained to monitor compliance with all relevant EHS requirements.
To establish and maintain the EHS training needs analysis and training plan.
To ensure effective EHS communication with all site personnel. To ensure the effective implementation of the site risk assessment process.
To ensure all EHS events are reported, recorded, and analyzed.
To ensure the full implementation of a just and fair culture in terms of reward and discipline at the site.
To implement and maintain effective emergency plans and site access control procedures.
To assist the Head of HSEQ in collaborating with internal leadership and external regulatory bodies to maintain compliance standards.
