Candidate must have experience in oven garments ( Pant, Jacket, Shirt, Denim, Non Denim, Seam Sealing, Quilting Jacket, Padding Jacket etc.)
Set appropriate quality standards and tolerances within acceptable limits (AQL) with regards to raw material and production quality, quality manual.
Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) tool is in place & working.
Monitor inspection of raw materials and accessories of the garment and durability testing in terms of color & quality.
Supervise inline quality & quantity check as per production order Recommend and take corrective actions against deviations and follow up accordingly.
Monitor random inspection at final stage Train and grow local resources in terms of technical skills.
Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
Conduct quality meeting to meet the requirements of buyer and corrective action.
Monitor fabric inspection to shipment.
Manage all types of email communication and follow-ups.
