Masters in commerce preferably in Finance /Accounting or BBA and MBA ( major in Finance/ Accountancy). CA CC/ CMA/ACCA/CGA partly qualified will get preference.
The applicant must have experience in any reputable Construction/ Developers Company or Real Estate Organization in a similar position.

Maintaining the Cash & Bank book, Budget, Payroll, and Summary of transactions regularly.
Responsible for preparing financial statements, Trial balances, Balance Sheet, and Management reports.
Ensure the mounting of the Fixed Asset register & Stock register.
Maintaining the office, financial, personal file, and HR-related documentation system.
Ensure proper record and valuation of inventory/work in progress project-wise.
Ensure proper compliance with Tax, VAT, and Customs as required by the regulatory authorities. Attend hearings with the Tax and VAT authority.
Assessment and computation of the contract price, execution cost, materials, labor, overhead, depreciation, etc.
Calculation and computation of cost of land considering acres, deed value, stamp value, registration fee, commission, and other expenses (if any).
To prepare procurement plan & procedures (bid, contractors list, purchase order, delivery schedule, efficient clearance of goods through challan, maintaining register, etc.)
Collaborate with Architects Contractors, and Suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Identify financial risks, fraud, and control weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvement.
Prepare details project reports for senior management, highlighting progress, risk, and recommendations.
To ensure planning visit at project office to known activities as regular basis.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
Observe the work of the project Engr, Contractor, and Subcontractor to ensure quality standards and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
Time to time inspection and test construction materials of finishing materials to ensure compliance with specifications (BOQ/Design and drawing).
Capacity to handle the overall bank and other financial institutions for existing and new projects for arrangements of short-term and long-term loans.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during the audit.
Administration of all civil-related works to be performed under the guidance of the team.
Develop and implement internal control procedures to enhance financial transparency
