Requirements

Education
  • MBA in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field (preferred).

Experience
  • At least 12 years
Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 35 years
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management and marketing.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a major brand.

  • Expertise in digital marketing, PR, and product positioning strategies.

  • Strong leadership, creativity, and data-driven decision-making skills.


Responsibilities & Context

Job Location: Corporate Office, Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to enhance market presence.

  • Lead brand positioning, communication, and storytelling to drive brand equity.

  • Oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with R&D and product teams for new product development and innovation.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, advertisements, and customer interactions.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to refine strategies.

  • Manage and optimize the brand’s advertising budget and promotional activities.

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with agencies, media, and key industry players.

  • Lead and mentor the brand management team for high-impact execution.

  • Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
