Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
Develop and enhance visa processing strategies for student, tourist, and other visa categories.
Stay updated on global immigration policies and compliance regulations, especially for the UK and other key study destinations.
Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of the visa processing team, ensuring efficiency and timely application submissions.
Verify visa applications for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all documentation meets the required standards.
Team Development
Lead, train, and mentor a team of visa officers, counselors, and consultants.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
Client Relations
Maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, embassies, consulates, and government bodies.
Ensure excellent customer service through clear communication and timely resolution of queries.
Documentation & Compliance
Review and approve visa applications, ensuring accuracy in documentation and adherence to visa procedures.
Maintain compliance with local and international visa regulations and data protection policies.
Reporting & Analytics
Generate reports on application status, success rates, and team performance.
