Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors, Masters
  • Masters / Bachelor degree in any discipline

  • Post-graduation diploma/ professional certificates in supply chain management will be treated as additional qualification.

Experience
  • 8 to 10 years
Additional Requirements
  • Age 30 to 50 years

Experience Requirements:

  • The applicants must have 8 to 10 year(s) proven experience in the Store dept. of Spinning Mills.

  • The applicant must have Practical Experience on VAT related works/ documentation.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge in Spinning Mills Store system & its SOP, Tally.

  • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.

  • Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members

  • Proficient in MS Office package & E.R.P software.

  • Proven Experience on VAT related works.

We are one of the leading Companies of Bangladesh having diversified business in the field of Information Technologies, Oil and Mining, Agriculture, Heavy Equipments, Power Generation, Textile etc. Presently we are looking for dynamic, committed and self-motivated personnel for the following position in our spinning mill:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking as per procedure.
  • Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
  • Ensure goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store.
  • Ensure proper deliveries by loading of correct quantity and provide correct document against each delivery.
  • Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored timely, correctly, safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
  • Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
  • Develop and maintain software based system for materials delivering to the production floor as per plan.
  • Maintain close liaison with Production/ Marketing / Merchandising Department and cater their requirement successfully.
  • Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
  • Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in best possible way.
  • To follow-up Ledger for store. .
  • Preparing store inventory report and properly update to the management.
  • Ensure Daily/Weekly recording and updating of internal books / registers of the store.
  • Arrange storing of all materials in the store maintaining compliance according to the buyer's requirement.
  • Properly maintain the VAT related documentation.
  • Any other task assigned by the Management.
