Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in retail management, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of electronics products and trends is a plus.
