8 – 10 years of experience in field of repair and maintenance in any manufacturing industry, preferably in Cement, Steel and Power.
High level of questioning/ probing skills to uncover issues and create value for customers.
A sense of urgency and responsiveness to make immediate action to resolve customer issues required.
Skilled in time and territory management.
Financial skills with strong analytical approach, and sound planning and organizing skills essential.
Strong communications skill, presentation skill, negotiation skill, conflict resolution skill etc.
Fluent in both written and spoken in English and Bangla.

Job Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and direct sales & service and marketing activities of R & M products and applications.
Draw up necessary strategy to ensure planned growth of market share through monitoring customer satisfaction and assessing future business potentiality of launching new products in the market.
Ensure product support and sales guide to R & M channel partner.
Provide leadership, and administrative support to respective team members.
Negotiate and settle with the principals regarding distributorship and sales commission.
Ensure arrangement of providing operational, service and safety training to customer on R & M products.
Ensure strict observance of safety standards as per guidelines in all the Sales & Marketing activities having R & M involvement.
Plan and organize the stock and debt collection to keep the stock days, debtors’ days and creditor’s days under the planned figure.
Provide market intelligence to the management.
