To lead and monitor down the level personnel.
To adopt policies to increase the sales through field forces, sale centers, traders, corporate/ customers etc.
To formulate product wise marketing and promotional plan in order to increase demand and sales volume.
To prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly marketing and sales plan.
To prepare market visit/route plan of sales team and closely monitor their activities.
To ensure proper reporting system for the entire teams through which management remains informed about the field activities
To keep close contact with the team, encourage them to work with utmost sincerity, honesty and dedication
To visit the market and sales centers physically in regular basis.
To closely monitor products of competitors and take necessary measures in consultation with Head of Marketing.
To give daily report to Head of Marketing as per sector regarding all key activities.
For corporate sector must have knowledge for corporate sales marketing with high end customers regarding similar products.
Any other duty assigned by the authority.
