    Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Transportation, Logistics Startup
Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 32 years
  • The applicants Must Have experience in the following area(s): Sales and Marketing Commercial & Corporate Logistics, Transportation and Freight Forwarding.

  • Transport Documentation and Operations.

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Battery, Storage cell, Cement Industry, Dyeing Factory, Hatchery, Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn, Manufacturing (FMCG) etc.

  • Proven work experience in the similar role in any large group of companies.

  • Sales & Marketing solid knowledge of the transportation and logistics industries.

  • Experience working with transportation-related government regulations.

  • Expertise in ensuring maintenance/operation of a good number of transports and office utilities affairs.

  • Must have work experience at Sales & Marketing, operation & service department of transport division.

  • Critical thinking skills and knowledge of analytics.

  • Experience working with transport management systems and warehouse management.

  • Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations.

  • Excellent Leadership skills.

  • Good conflict resolution skills.

The Safe Automobiles Ltd. is a leading Transportation & Integrated Logistics Support Venture in Bangladesh is looking for some dedicated, committed, honest & bright head of our Logistics Division.

Job Responsibilities

  • Logistics Sales planning and meeting for achieve sales targets.
  • Continuing follow-up with customers to mature any deal.
  • Search & Expand new markets and develop a new customer base to increase Logistics Sales volume and revenue generation.
  • Network with internal Business units on information sharing and identifying fresh opportunities for the division.
  • Top-class execution of marketing tools.
  • Regular interaction with existing client to ensure close relationships.
  • Identify market behavior, monitor threats & opportunities, competitor's strategy, and customer trends for future growth of this business.
  • Develop Sales-Plan of Concrete block for meeting the demands of the customer.
  • Contribute to making long and short-term business plans.
  • Map the market and maintain a market intelligence of customers in the region.
  • Liaise with Shipping Lines, Overseas Counterparts, Customs Brokers, Transport Vendors, Port Authorities Other.
  • Monitor and report key performance parameters to ensure the department is running as efficiently as possible.
  • Carryout MBR/QBRs for critical customers.
  • Develop strong understanding of the business of Critical customers to aid customer retention.
  • Ensure effective communication with Commercial and Operations teams on any opportunities, challenges, and alternative options for improved pricing strategies.
  • Candidate must have vast knowledge and practiced Experience with Computer Literacy.
  • Any other task assigned by the higher management.
