Requirements

Education
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Preferred Graduate from any Public University or Institution.

Experience
  • 12 to 15 years
Additional Requirements
  • Age 35 to 40 years
  • Experience in sales & collection and working with whole Bangladesh territory is a must.
  • The candidate's background will be checked thoroughly with proper rules.
  • Should have the ability to move all around the Country for Marketing/ Distributor/ Channel Partner/ Dealer set up.
  • Have the ability to get responsibility for market due collection.
  • Have the ability to achieve the Sales target.
  • Should have knowledge about Present Market share, Competitor analysis.
  • Hardware relevant experience.

We are currently seeking a Manager – Sales & Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, hands-on, and results-driven professional with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic. This role demands the ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, and dynamic environment while driving sales growth and brand visibility.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans & resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing changes.

  • Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement & conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.

  • As per management, guideline search & appoint appropriate dealer to mitigate risk factor for market credit.

  • Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion program plans. 

  • Develop and manage an efficient distribution, Dealer network to improve sales performance.

  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

  • Responsible for obtaining positive results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.

  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.

  • Ensure that all sales personnel activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the Managing Director at BCEL.

  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.

  • Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.

  • Maintain credit norms & ensure collection of credit amount as per management approved norms.

  • Provide competitor feedback in terms of their products, dealers, price, promotional activities or any other marketing strategies.

  • Prepare assigned report (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).

  • Prepare any other report or information which is assigned by the management.

  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

  • Meet monthly sales target through the company's rule.

  • Implement all kinds of trade offer consumer offer & various promotional activities run by the company.

  • Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Should have a strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated and able to work under a pressured situation.

  • Following up new business opportunities.

  • Directing the sales team to achieve sales targets.

  • Visit dealers all around the assign area and also Door to door shop visit must.

  • Conduct a market survey and data collection for new product design.

  • Close Market visit on a daily basis to improve regular sales & collection.

  • Monitor sales force party visit strictly with the route plan.

  • Take disciplinary action against non-performer.
