Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Advanced certifications in mechanical systems or maintenance management will be a plus.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a textile manufacturing environment, preferably in towel production.
Comprehensive knowledge of textile machinery, especially looms, dyeing, and finishing equipment.
Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Proven ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Fluent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams and preparing reports.

Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

Lead mechanical upgrades, installations, and projects to improve operational efficiency and meet production goals.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of machinery overhauls and upgrades.
Ensure all mechanical systems comply with local regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Implement and enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure the mechanical team adheres to them.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, machine performance, and downtime analysis.
