Responsibilities & Context

  • Meet/exceed individual sales target

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company goals and objectives

  • Identify target markets, customer segments, and key accounts for B2B sales growth

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy

  • Identify, engage, and secure new B2B clients through targeted outreach and negotiations

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction

  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures

  • Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to upper management
