Responsible for preparing production planning to achieve target & maintain delivery date.
Maintain & co-ordinate between different production floor, merchandising department.
Sound knowledge about Leather & Footwear breakdown & modern lay out system, extensive knowledge regarding Footwear costing.
Maintain & co-ordinate between different production floor, merchandising department.
Measure line SMV, Efficiency and productivity.
To provide technical solutions and trouble shootings to shoe upper production.
Must be team player with excellent leadership skill to run production for quality product and shipment on time.
To identify the problems, discuss with technical team & give early alert to minimize the problem to ensure delivery on time.
Perform other duties as when assigned by the management.
