Thus, Bangladesh Eye Hospital Ltd. was founded on 18th September 2005 with the aim of providing world-class eye care service to the community at an affordable cost. The Organization is going to recruit an experienced HR official in their highly expertise professional team under purely corporate environment. The team member should be highly professional, self-motivated & self-driven, loyal to the company at highest level.

Job Responsibilities

  • Enhance the organizations human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, programs and practices.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the company

  • Prepare short term and long-term recruitment plan and budget as per the management vision and business plan for the year.

  • Conducting training need analysis as well as design and implement a training plan with input from business heads while managing costs to budget.

  • Continuously cooperate and suggest various department heads or team leaders with proper guidelines regarding how to comply according to company HR policies and regulations.

  • Execute administrative support and assist with day-to-day operations.

  • Policy updating and addition if needed.

  • To conduct activities of employee discipline, grievances, motivation and welfare.

  • Follow up daily HR activities as organization demand as per the company policy

  • Handling compliance.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and arranging employees and following up on work results.

  • Any other assigned tasks as required and ordered by the management.
