Responsibilities & Context
Supervise the day-to-day administrative works under Nabil Particle Boards Factory.
Maintain good relationship with the emergency service provider like: police, ambulance and fire service.
Maintain the Security operations and Office Management system effectively.
Negotiate/resolve daily problems in administrative issues/works.
Recruit support staff as required in coordination with Group HRD.
Develop, implement and maintain HR policy.
Maintain the overall transportation system.
Take necessary steps and action for renewal of various license and certificates.
Follow up employee/labor relation & compliance related works.
Prepare and Issue office note, office order & circular in respect of Admin and HR issues.
Ensure proper security of Office, Properties, premises & personnel etc.
Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
