Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Hospitality Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Hotel, Restaurant, Convention center
Additional Requirements
  • Age 28 to 50 years
  • Candidate who has work experience in the reputed hotel / food court / restaurant, will give preferences.
  • F&B managers should have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. They should also have a strong understanding of food service operations and culinary knowledge

Responsibilities & Context

  • Creating attractive menus that meet customer needs

  • Hiring, training, and supervising staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards

  • Ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and analyzing sales and productivity data

  • Ensuring customers are satisfied with the food and service

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Assisting with marketing events and developing marketing strategies

  • Developing restaurant policies and procedures

  • Managing operations within budget guidelines

  • Delegating tasks to capable employees

  • Working with suppliers to ensure the restaurant has the supplies it needs.

  • Always try to increase the sales.
