Manage to oversee the work of subordinate Engineers and departmental staff.
Prepare plans, specifications and costing of utilities
Overall responsible for project implementation and decision making (management, control of budget, technical, quality, schedule, procurement, resources and safety);
To prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities;
To effectively communicate with all the stakeholders (clients, suppliers, contractors, engineers/architects, consultants);
