Responsibilities & Context

1. Sales Strategy Development and Execution

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate and retail sales targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential customers to expand the client base.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive corporate and retail furniture sales.

2. Team Management

  • Participate regular team meetings to review progress, share updates, and address challenges.

  • Share training and professional development opportunities experiences to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  • Address client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Develop and maintain key accounts to secure recurring business.

4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management.

  • Monitor and analyze sales trends to make data-driven decisions for improvements.

  • Ensure all sales activities are documented and aligned with company goals.

5. Operational Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of furniture.

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure an adequate supply of products for corporate and retail clients.

  • Oversee pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness while achieving profitability.

6. Market Research and Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and customer preferences.

  • Analyze competitors' activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge. 

7. Social Media Engagement

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and messages received on social media platforms.

  • Monitor social media interactions to identify trends, customer preferences, and feedback.

8. General Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all sales activities.

  • Maintain a professional image of the company through exceptional service and quality products.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management to contribute to the company’s growth.
