Responsibilities & Context

Catalyst Solutions is a multi-National company working based in the USA & Canada ; catering to the top 10 marketing research and analytics companies in the world, looking for an Executive Assistant for the Managing Director with well-proven experience as an Executive Assistant.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining all appointments and meeting schedules of the Managing Director, and updating & following up with him regularly.

  • Preparing meeting minutes and other secretarial notes on different issues concerned with the Managing Director for companies.

  • Following-up actions on pending important issues.

  • Reminder and follow up with the office on important tasks and deadlines that are ordered by the Managing Director.

  • Notifying the Managing Director of upcoming events and formulating necessary arrangements.

  • Run the CSR program of the company

  • Maintaining confidential Papers, files, and agreements.

  • Communicate with concerned Govt. and non-Govt. organizations for any documentation purpose.

  • Acting as the point of contact among executives, talents, and other external partners

  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner

  • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports

  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory

  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

  • Any other secretarial tasks are relevant to this role given by Managing Director.
