Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Marketing
Experience
  • 5 to 8 years

Responsibilities & Context

Job Location: Level 02, 03 & 05, House 103, Shaheed Suhrawardy Avenue, Block K, Baridhara Diplomatic Zone, Dhaka-1212

  • Achieve individual sales targets as set by the company.
  • Regularly follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure positive client relationships and convert leads into sales.
  • Regular Project Visit, Outdoor Visit to the Targeted Customer Sales Closing effectively under Pressure.
  • Prepare detailed sales performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Maintain and regularly update the client database with accurate information regarding potential buyers, the sales pipeline, and client interactions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance the sales process.
  • Assist in planning and organizing sales-related events and promotional activities.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager.
