Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors, Masters, Diploma
Experience
  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    IT Enabled Service, Tannery/Footwear
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
  • Age 20 to 40 years
  • Good command in English (Writing & Communicating).     
  • Must have Sound knowledge in computer literacy, especially MS Office, Internet & other communicative operation Applications.      
  • Smart and skilled with communication.    
  • Ability to work independently and under time pressure.     
  • Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Structured Training Program: Engage in a well-rounded training program with rotations across different departments, providing a broad understanding of the company’s operations and strategic goals.     

  • Project Assistance: Support the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely completion within budget. Analyze project performance and prepare detailed reports on outcomes for management.      

  • Market and Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer feedback, and internal business processes. Prepare insightful reports and presentations for management review and decision-making.     

  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with various teams to understand their functions and actively contribute to achieving departmental objectives.      

  • Professional Development: Participate in learning opportunities and training sessions to build your professional skills and business acumen, positioning yourself for future leadership roles.

  • Process Improvement: Offer feedback on existing processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.      

  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients or customers to understand their needs, representing the company professionally and ensuring customer satisfaction.      

  • Leadership Potential: Demonstrate your potential for future leadership and management roles through active participation in team initiatives and contributing to a positive team environment.
