BOQ preparation:
1. Analysis architectural drawing.
2. Estimate material quantity with accuracy and find out the cost for preparing BOQ.
3. Collaborate with project manager, project engineers, procurement and contractors to gather accurate costing data.
4. Develop / modify and maintain database of material costing.
Billing & Invoice:
5. Prepare and review invoices for clients based on the approved BOQ and project progression.
6. Track project milestones and ensure timely submission of invoices.
7. Monitor client payments and resolve any discrepancies.
8. Maintain accurate records of billing transactions.
Cost control:
9. Track project costing throughout the project.
10. Identify and address potential costing overruns.
11. Develop and provide cost analysis reports to management.
