Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM)
Experience
  • 7 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Public Relation Companies, Law Firm, Real Estate
Additional Requirements
  • Age 30 to 60 years

Responsibilities & Context

Legal Compliance & Documentation

  • Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to real estate transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with land laws, property registration, and company regulations.
  • Handle due diligence for land purchases, title verifications, and ownership history checks.

Litigation & Dispute Resolution

  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitration, and court cases.
  • Liaise with external lawyers and legal advisors for handling disputes.
  • Respond to legal notices, property disputes, and contract violations.

Regulatory & Government Liaison

  • Communicate with Rajuk, Ministry of Land, Sub-Registry Offices, and other government agencies.
  • Process land mutations, registration, tax assessments, and permissions.
  • Stay updated on real estate laws, land acquisition policies, and corporate legal guidelines.

Risk Management & Advisory

  • Identify potential legal risks in real estate transactions and provide strategic advice.
  • Assist management in contract negotiations to minimize liabilities.
  • Support internal teams in legal matters related to sales, lease, construction, and business operations.

Job Highlights

✔ Experience in real estate law, property documentation, or corporate legal affairs.
