Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality & troubleshoot technical issues in production.
Ensure workflow and efficiency through coordinating with Factory Manager.
Ensure that production targets are met within the specified time frame.
Oversee quality control processes to ensure garments meet customer specifications and industry standards.
Provide technical guidance to production teams regarding machinery, tools, and processes.
Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
