Requirements

Education
  • Graduation in HRM/ Management is preferred

  • Graduates from other background with relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience
  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Textile
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of office floors, common areas, and workspaces.

  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as required.

  • Report any maintenance issues (e.g., repairs, malfunctioning equipment) to the relevant department for prompt resolution.

  • Monitor and maintain hygiene standards in restrooms, washrooms, kitchens, and meeting rooms.

  • Assist with the setup of meeting rooms, ensuring that they are ready for scheduled events and meetings.

  • Handle waste management, ensuring bins are regularly emptied and recycling protocols are followed.

  • Ensure that all office furniture, fixtures, and equipment are kept in good condition and report any damage.

  • Perform occasional deep cleaning tasks as directed by the Admin Manager.

  • Coordinate with vendors for any additional cleaning services or supplies when needed.

  • Support the Admin team in other administrative duties as required.
