Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of office floors, common areas, and workspaces.
Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as required.
Report any maintenance issues (e.g., repairs, malfunctioning equipment) to the relevant department for prompt resolution.
Monitor and maintain hygiene standards in restrooms, washrooms, kitchens, and meeting rooms.
Assist with the setup of meeting rooms, ensuring that they are ready for scheduled events and meetings.
Handle waste management, ensuring bins are regularly emptied and recycling protocols are followed.
Ensure that all office furniture, fixtures, and equipment are kept in good condition and report any damage.
Perform occasional deep cleaning tasks as directed by the Admin Manager.
Coordinate with vendors for any additional cleaning services or supplies when needed.
Support the Admin team in other administrative duties as required.
