Education

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Trading or Export/Import, Group of Companies, Inventory/Warehouse, Fuel/Petroleum
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
  • Age at most 30 years
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and empathetic approach to engaging customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Digital Marketing:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for various social media channels to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Optimize website content, SEO, and manage paid advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Assist in designing and executing marketing strategies to boost online traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional messages.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and technology.
  • Tele Marketing:
  • Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Understand customer needs, provide product information, and resolve queries effectively.
  • Maintain an accurate database of customer information and call logs.
  • Follow up on leads generated from digital campaigns or other channels to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Coordination & Reporting:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives.
  • Assist in preparing promotional materials and presentations.
  • Generate regular reports on digital campaign performance and telemarketing results.
  • Provide recommendations to improve marketing and sales strategies.
