Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
  • 1 to 2 years

    Manufacturing (FMCG)

Responsibilities & Context

SR-Related Tasks:

  • Work Analysis Reports: Track SR attendance, location, orders, deliveries, stock levels, and previous day’s performance.

  • Follow-Up Calls: Monitor daily activities, retailer additions, sales progress, and market conditions.

  • New SR Onboarding: Train new SRs, create SR IDs, assign routes, and provide work guidelines.

  • Software Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot stock, sales, attendance, delivery, and login-related issues.

  • Software Training: Conduct training sessions to enhance SR software proficiency.

Sales Supervisors Job Responsibilities Follow-up:

  • KPI Monitoring: Track and follow up on salesperson KPIs to drive improvement.

  • TA/DA Bill Verification: Review and verify travel and daily allowance bills with tracking.

  • Activity Analysis & Follow-Up: Assess previous and current day’s working hours and market visits.

  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly reports on coverage, performance, and improvements; send via email.

  • Work & Application Support: Address salespersons’ operational challenges and software-related issues.

  • Software Training: Provide training sessions on relevant software tools.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Market Insights: Gather information on challenges and operational difficulties.

  • Competitor Analysis: Compare competitor product pricing, features, and strategies.

  • Product Quality Testing: Evaluate weight, burning characteristics, and packaging of own and competitor products.

  • Research & Development: Conduct surveys and market research for new product development.

Retailer Management:

  • Retail Database Verification: Validate and update retailer records.

  • Campaign Database Management: Compile and maintain data for marketing campaigns.

Dealer Management :

  • Stock Calculation: Cross-check dealer stock records.

  • Balance Confirmation: Verify financial balances with dealers.

  • Damage Settlement: Assist in resolving damage claims through proper verification.
