Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    IT Enabled Service, Group of Companies
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

  • Age at most 30 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Coordinate and assist in the Recruitment and selection process.

  • Assist to develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and high-demand roles, reducing time-to-hire and improving hiring efficiency.

  • Organize team-building activities and events.

  • Collaborate with senior HR management in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and address any queries they may have.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication on HR-related matters.

  • Carry out joining formalities and provide orientation to newcomers.

  • Daily Attendance Management, Manage employee leave as per company rules

  • Ensure all required onboarding paperwork is complete and filed

  • Record keeping and Data entry on HR Software System.

  • Facilitate the process of the employees' end-year performance assessment.

  • Arrange training for the employees based on the TNA report.

  • Initiate employees' clearance files and forward them to the concerned department for final settlement.

  • Prepare various types of Letters e.g.- Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation, Experience, Promotion, Transfer, etc.

  • Compensation and benefits management. I.e. prepare monthly salary, Festival bonus, TA, DA, and other allowances, etc.

  • Provide data-driven insights for workforce planning, turnover analysis, and retention strategies.

  • Oversee the overall administrative functions of the company.

  • Monitor housekeeping to ensure a neat and clean environment.

  • Ensure smooth operation of transport and security.

  • Maintain liaison with internal and external stakeholders of the company.

  • Manage communication within the office through notices, circulars, and memos.

  • Monitor the repair and maintenance issues.

  • Supervise Firefighting equipment and schedule Fire training.

  • Admin-related procurement, price quotation collection, Negotiation, PO/WO, product received, and bill process.

  • Responsible for maintaining all kinds of licenses, and certificates.

  • Petty cash management.

  • Any other job as assigned by the supervisor.
