Assist in Whole Recruitment and Selection procedures for the worker level employment in the factory.
Regularly Head Count and absent report Check.
To build up & Maintain smooth relationship with workers & floor staffs.
Find out & analysis the improvement areas in HR and admin related activities in the floor and recommend the possible solutions. Maintain HR database Prepare & issue ID cards for workers.
To assist attendance report, leave record, salary and OT sheets. To ensure work place safety, cleaning & hygiene matter of the factory.
Any others task assigned by the management.
