We are looking for a Call Centre Jr. Executive to join our team. We would prefer a candidate with previous experience in the relevant area. Assure that customers get the finest service possible via call center services while also gathering comments and notifying the customers for follow-up. Additionally, guarantee that all the other orders are fulfilled
Responsibilities:
Follow-up Service: Generate leads through follow-up calls to customers and convert them into appointments.
Manage online customer queries.
Need to handle incoming and outgoing calls.
Service Quality & Others: Ensure the finest service to the customers and improve many aspects of the services.
Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collect customer feedback by calling them.
Prepare reports as per requirement.
Other works assigned by the management.
Salary range : 12k-15k (based on experience with attractive commission)
