Job Context
We are hiring an experienced and skilled Japanese Language Interpreter for a renowned Japanese RMG Group at Ishwardi EPZ, Pabna. The ideal candidate will facilitate seamless communication between local and Japanese teams, conduct meetings with the Japan office, and assist in managing factory operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow in the RMG sector.
Key Responsibilities
Translate and interpret between Japanese, English, and Bangla (both directions).
Facilitate smooth communication between local staff and Japanese teams.
Conduct online meetings with Japan office to ensure alignment on operations and strategies.
Assist in factory management tasks to optimize performance and productivity.
Maintain Email communication in Japanese Language
Ensure communication regarding quality standards, production processes, and compliance requirements between Japanese stakeholders and local teams.
Assist in communication between Japanese teams and the local merchandising, production, and planning departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Other Benefits will be applicable as per BEPZA Rules.
