Implement and enforce security best practices within Microsoft 365 of safeguard company data and ensure compliance with industry standards. Stay informed about Microsoft 365 security updates and proactively address potential vulnerabilities.
Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability,security,and scalability.Implement and oversee IT Policies and procedures to enhance overall system performance.
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the procurement and integration of IT Solutions align with organizational needs. Negotiate contract and agreements to achieve cost-effective and efficient services.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users on Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring a smooth adoption process. Create use-friendly documentation and tutorials to facilitate self-help and empower users to maximize the capabilities of Microsoft 365 tools.
Lead effort and optimize collaboration tools within Microsoft 365, Promoting efficient communication and teamwork. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize their utilization of Microsoft 365 applications.
Stay Current with industry trends and advancements to drive innovation within the IT department. Provide technical support and expertise to resolve complex issues and contribute to strategic decision-making. Collaborate with the IT support team to enhance and-user experiences and troubleshoot complex problems.
Plan and execute migrations to Microsoft 365, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and assess the impact of new features on the organization.
