Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Development Studies, Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Public Health, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Development studies, Economics, , Education, Public Health, Environmental science, or any other relevant discipline from government recognized Public/Private university.
Additional Requirements
  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through extra-curricular activities.
  • 0 to 1 years in NGO or development sector is preferable. However, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent in English writing and speaking.
  • Good report writing in both Bangla and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, , and Internet browsing is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude, creativity, and willingness to contribute ideas and initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context : The Intern is responsible for supporting the project coordinator and reporting manager in all relevant activities - maintaining existing donor relationships and preparation of quality concept notes and proposals, as well as preparing high quality reports and communication materials for both donors and HSF HQ.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Identifying and developing synopsis for potential funding opportunity, support in drafting proposal, concept notes, and donor reporting.
  • Support in the development of fundraising contents including capacity statements, newsletters, organizational profile, and other materials as per fundraising communication plan.
  • Support in communications and disseminate in the social media.
  • Provide/ Track regular update of grants follow up toolkit with new and ongoing projects activities, funding pipeline, reporting calendar, donor and partner engagement database and ensure all processes are completed as and when required.
  • Provide support for day-to-day activities and tasks as needed, based on team requirements.
