Reception Desk Management:
Greet visitors and clients at the reception area with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary.
Client Communication:
Engage with clients over the phone, providing information and answering inquiries with a polite and engaging tone.
Maintain a professional yet approachable demeanor to foster positive relationships with clients.
Candidate Outreach:
Conduct outreach to potential candidates via phone to schedule interviews and explain the hiring process.
Maintain a friendly and inviting tone during calls to create a comfortable atmosphere for candidates.
Candidate Interviews:
Assist in conducting initial interviews with candidates, assessing their qualifications and fit for the organization.
Provide feedback and summaries of interviews to the Senior HR personnel.
Support to Senior HR:
Collaborate with the Senior HR team member on various HR projects and initiatives.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Administrative Support:
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking candidates, interview schedules, and other HR metrics.
Assist with data entry and management of employee records.
Sales Team Coordination:
Communicate and coordinate with sales personnel to ensure alignment on recruitment needs and candidate profiles.
Support the sales team by providing relevant HR information and resources.
Additional Tasks:
Perform any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Chairman/CEO or Senior HR personnel.
Be adaptable and willing to take on new challenges to support the overall HR function.
