Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify potential leads.
Prospect and connect with potential or existing clients through targeted cold calling and email campaigns about the product or service.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
Assist senior team members in preparing proposals and presentations.
Take and process customer queries/complaints in an accurate manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development and improvement.
Requirements & Skills:
Basic knowledge in SaaS products, e-Commerce platforms and digital marketing
Strong understanding of business-to-business (B2B) sales principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
Proficient in using computers and comfortable navigating CRM software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
