Responsibilities & Context

Studio Dhaka is a leading interior design and construction firm dedicated to delivering high-quality, innovative, and client-centric interior solutions. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site interior fit-out projects, ensuring top-quality execution and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage on-site interior fit-out activities, ensuring alignment with design specifications and project plans.
  • Interpret and execute interior drawings, layouts, and material specifications.
  • Ensure quality control by monitoring materials, finishes, and workmanship to maintain high design standards.
  • Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Oversee installation of flooring, ceilings, wall finishes, furniture, and lighting as per design requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines.
  • Resolve on-site challenges and provide technical guidance to workers and subcontractors.
  • Maintain daily site reports, track progress, and update project stakeholders on developments.
  • Ensure the procurement and use of correct materials as per project specifications.
  • Assist in handover procedures, ensuring all aspects of the interior works meet the required standards.
