Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in coding to create dynamic and interactive online direct banners. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a solid understanding of user experience (UX), and the technical expertise to implement interactive elements through coding. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and a focus on delivering highly engaging digital ads that capture audience attention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing and effective online direct banners that align with brand guidelines and

  • marketing objectives.

  • Develop interactive features for banners using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance user engagement.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign goals and create banner designs that drive

  • conversions.

  • Optimize banner performance by considering factors like file size, responsiveness, and load times.

  • Test and troubleshoot banner functionality across various devices, browsers, and platforms.

  • Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to ensure banners are cutting-edge and

  • competitive.

  • Ensure compliance with ad platform requirements and technical specifications (e.g., Google Ads,

  • Facebook, or programmatic ad platforms).

  • Work closely with developers, animators, and marketing specialists to create integrated digital

  • campaigns.

  • Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graphic Design: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD,

  • After Effects) or equivalent tools.

  • Coding Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for creating responsive,

  • interactive banner ads.

  • Animation Skills: Experience with basic animations using CSS, JavaScript, or animation software like

  • Adobe Animate or After Effects.

  • UX/UI Understanding: Ability to design user-friendly, intuitive, and interactive banners that enhance user

  • experience.

  • Cross-Platform Design: Experience in optimizing designs for multiple screen sizes, ensuring responsive

  • and adaptive banner designs.

  • Performance Optimization: Knowledge of best practices for minimizing file sizes and reducing load times

  • while maintaining design integrity.

  • Ad Platform Familiarity: Understanding of ad formats and requirements on platforms such as Google

  • Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic advertising platforms.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and code implementation.

  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with cross-

  • functional teams.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to design and coding.

  • Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing.

  • Knowledge of interactive design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or InVision.

  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and rich media ads (Google Web Designer, Celtra, etc.).

  • Understanding of SEO and analytics tools for tracking banner performance.
