Responsible for and act according to office procedure, systems, policies & practices, culture, climate, structure and business strategy concerning with reporting superiors and / or respective functional head and / or Chief of the Plant:
Ensure that delivery team purpose and objectives are clear and linked to the broader Group vision, strategy and end to customer roadmap.
Analyze & review delivery program set as delivery priorities, and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals concerning with planning department.
Review stock availability of finished goods on the basis of optimum inventory level for ensuring target delivery.
Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements, and coordinate entire delivery activities.
Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries, oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction & guidance as needed.
Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence, and develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving.
Analyze and overcome delivery issues in a timely manner, and make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations.
Proactively manages and addresses performance issues in delivery team members, determine training needs and taking initiatives for workforce development.
Perform any other job assigned by the line manager time to time.
