Responsibilities:
Lead and manage architectural design for Condominium Projects.
Develop comprehensive architectural designs and plans.
Prepare detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Work with engineers, construction managers, and stakeholders for project success.
Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide design solutions.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Develop project budgets and ensure financial constraints are met.
Oversee procurement of materials and resources for cost-effectiveness and quality.
Stay informed about Real-estate trends and technological advancements.
Propose innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
Requirement:
Travel to project sites to assess and analyze conditions, ensuring that designs are feasible and optimized for the location.
Proficiency in architectural design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.
