Recruit, train, and lead the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures in alignment with international brand standards.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness for opening.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linen inventory.
Maintain efficient inventory control and manage the housekeeping budget effectively.
Work closely with other departments to support a smooth preopening process and ensure guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
