Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience
  • 15 to 20 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Additional Requirements
  • Age 40 to 55 years

Candidate having experience in Furniture Industries will get extra preference.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and maintain Sales & Marketing strategy.   
  • Lead Sales & Marketing campaign throughout the country.     
  • Do the needful evaluation & research on the market trends.   
  • Identify new sales growth and opportunities.     
  • Prepare and develop monthly/yearly sales budget.    
  • Handling all dealers & customers with proper care.   
  • Receiving customer’s feedback/ problems and solving them without delay.
  • Set sales target and evaluate sales performance.   
  • Take special care to collect the dues without further/much delay. 
  • Any other assignments given by the management from time to time
