Set sales targets and ensure revenue growth by driving effective marketing campaigns.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including garment manufacturers, fabric mills, and trading houses.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
Work closely with the production and R&D teams to ensure alignment between market demand and product offerings.
Develop strategies for brand positioning and product differentiation in the market.
Ensure product quality meets customer expectations and industry standards.
Lead and manage the marketing & sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and training.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports on sales performance, market trends, and business strategies to senior management.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative marketing approaches to stay ahead in the industry.
Track and analyze KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
