Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and growth objectives, aligning them with the company’s vision and long-term goals.

  • Proactively identify market opportunities and adapt strategies to meet evolving customer expectations.

  • Lead the sales function for land and apartment projects, setting clear performance benchmarks and empowering teams to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Foster strong, trust-based relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to support business growth.

  • Ensure a seamless and superior customer experience throughout the sales journey and beyond.

  • Address customer feedback promptly, resolve issues effectively, and oversee initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Organize customer-focused programs, events, and other initiatives that strengthen relationships and promote long-term partnerships.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns that position projects competitively in the market. Use digital platforms and innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract potential buyers.

  • Monitor project timelines and ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Engineering, Architecture, legal & compliance, to maintain accurate documentation and uphold operational efficiency.

  • Recruit, mentor, and manage high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative culture emphasizing accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee the customer service function to promptly resolve queries, complaints, and post-sales support. Create strategies to improve the customer experience during critical phases like project handover.

  • Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
