BSc in Engineering from any reputed university.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Preferred.
Preference will be given to candidates with below training/courses: Lean Six Sigma Course, 5S Training, Talent Management & Succession Planning, KPI Master Class, Leadership training In Managerial Communication (LCMC), Project Management Professional (PMP).

Define the scope and objectives of a project, involving all relevant internal stakeholders.
Create a project timeline & project plan with detailed breakdown of all the stages.
Define the requirement of resources according to achieve each stage of the project and consequently create a budget with breakdown.
Assess the budget requirement and the project to determine the feasibility of implementation.
Initiate the project and track the costs through each stage of the project.
Expedite the project and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely utilization of resources.
Ensuring the best possible utilization of 4M (Man, Machine, Material and Method).
Determination and maximization of Efficiency and OEE.
Identification of the causes of all NPT and thrive to eliminate them by coordinating with responsible sections.
Generation of ideas for improvement and Cost Saving Projects.
Continuous improvement by implementing and sustaining LEAN and SIX SIGMA methods (5S and Visual Management, KAIZEN, SMED, POKA-YOKE, PROBLEM SOLVING, DMAIC etc.).
Implement project management tools to regularly provide updates on the work progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
