Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Eng & Production
  • Advanced degree/training on Supply Chain Management will get preference.
Experience
  • 15 to 20 years
Additional Requirements
  • Age 40 to 55 years
  • At least 15 years work experience in relevant field out of which at least 5 years as Operational Head in a large manufacturing Industry.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Overseeing, managing and executing all operational procedure of Nabil Particle Board Mills, Furniture and PVC Industries Limited.    
  • Maintain and monitor daily maintenance and production progress in a systematic process.    
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly production report for higher management.     
  • Take responsibilities of purchasing quality raw materials.      
  • Develop and maintain cost effective strategy for store and inventory management.   
  • Ensure work, health and safety issues throughout the factory premises including standard fire security system.  
  • Monitoring and developing the overall distribution and factory security system.     
  • Maintain and established industrial safety, social compliance and human rights as per Labor Law·       
  • Prepare and ensure all necessary documents for audit as per ISO requirements.     
  • Prepare and submit annual production plan for driving the performance of key result areas on production activities.    
  • Any other relevant tasks given by the Management.
