Manpower planning, recruitment, selection, training, placement, follow-up & confirmation, developments etc.
Policy Formulation & Maintaining Employee Relationship
Planning the Employee Performance Improvement
New Candidate recruitment & selection process from Job advertisement, Shortlisting of CV's, interview arranging, joining, placement & orientation
Ensure appointment letter and service bond for new employee
Cross check daily employee attendance and prepare monthly employee attendance reports for assist prepare salary sheet
Maintain office cleaning, office repair and maintenance issues and relate works
Follow up all employee activities
Prepare different type of notice
Preparing various reports on HR & Administrative works
Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc. on administrative issues
Responsible for arrange monthly meeting, Training & development
Maintain safety & security, health-hygiene, environmental issues with professionalism
Managing Different types of benefits issues (Like- health insurance, vacation, Eid or yearly benefits bonus, increments)
Coordination and management of various administrative issues
Cross check different types of bill, memo, voucher, requisitions and leave applications
Ensure employee wise leave records and others activities records
End of the day HR all activities submit to managements
