Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience
  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 40 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Industry, Mobile Factory, Electronics Manufacturing Plant
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, industrial, and safety standards and procedures
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on quality

Responsibilities & Context

The Head of Factory Administration & HRM will hold full responsibility for the leadership, management, and operational execution of the Factory Administration functions. This role will involve the strategic development of HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and the oversight of all administrative services in the factory to ensure efficient operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the factory’s human capital is effectively managed and aligned with objectives while maintaining an efficient and compliant administrative infrastructure.

  • Implement and develop (if any) HR & Admin policies at the Factory as per Labor Law.
  • Analyze manpower requisition and recruit when justified with overall production need. Conduct interviews and selection process.
  • Develop and maintain positive employee relations, addressing grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution in the factory with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
  • Promote a culture of respect, trust and collaboration across all levels of the factory.
  • Verify that the factories are adhering to social ethics, safety and health regulations etc.
  • Find out the non-compliance issues by the daily monitoring & internal audit in the factory, take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively.
  • Improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
  • Monitor administrative budgets and ensure all expenditures are aligned with company policies and cost-control measures.
  • Contribute to maintain a congenial work environment among all line members and departments.
  • Keep affiliation with Compliance Auditors, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Authorities, Outsource Agencies, etc.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Provide oversight and direction for the administrative function, ensuring all office operations, supplies, and services are managed effectively.
