Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Assist in making payroll sheets including monthly bills, mobile bills, office requisitions and all.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation sessions.
Maintain and update employee records and databases with accurate information.
Assist in the preparation and execution of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and performance reviews.
Provide support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and correspondence handling.
Physically visit projects and sites.
Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
