Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Additional Requirements
  • Age 21 to 28 years
  • Must be energetic and mindset to work 9 am -6 pm.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

  • Assist in making payroll sheets including monthly bills, mobile bills, office requisitions and all.

  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation sessions.

  • Maintain and update employee records and databases with accurate information.

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and performance reviews.

  • Provide support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and correspondence handling.

  • Physically visit projects and sites.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
